La mode des stations baln\u00e9aires au cours du 19eme<\/sup> si\u00e8cle allait attirer des promoteurs et architectes pour b\u00e2tir au bord de l’eau des r\u00e9sidences d’\u00e9t\u00e9, de style diff\u00e9rent et c’est en cela que la visite est riche, m\u00ealant histoire et architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00e9part de La Br\u00e8che, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par un promoteur, afin de laisser un acc\u00e8s aux habitants d’Hermanville pour r\u00e9colter le varech notamment. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait le tour de la place et des trois villas rescap\u00e9es des bombardements, le groupe s’est \u00e9lanc\u00e9 sur la digue jusqu’\u00e0 Lion pour un tour de deux heures et demie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notre guide va nous faire d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rents styles de construction utilis\u00e9s et les diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux: les pans de bois, avec l\u2019introduction du faux pan de bois qui donne naissance au \u00ab style n\u00e9o normand \u00bb, le style augeron, la pierre calcaire, la brique, les d\u00e9corations c\u00e9ramiques, les bow-windows, les chalets, les maisons doubles…dont quelques exemples ci-dessous pour donner envie d’aller soi-m\u00eame rechercher les particularit\u00e9s:<\/span><\/p>\n
